Description

You will shape how riders discover and choose ride options across the Lyft app, driving design from concept to delivery. Working on the Rider Core Experience team, you'll own key initiatives focused on conversion, retention, and service excellence, collaborating with product, engineering, and research to ship high-impact experiences at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UX, UI, or HCI with web and mobile design
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers
• Experience designing products for mobile platforms
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design of rider experiences across key Offerings initiatives from concept through delivery
• Develop empathy for user needs through research, data analysis, and partnership with UXR
• Generate, test, and iterate on concepts, embracing experimentation
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on goals
• Navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, delivering polished work under constraints
