🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer staffing, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to implement performance assessments and talent development
• Analyze people data and ensure accurate records and compliance reporting
• Support safety committees and accident investigations

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal/state employment regulations
• Experience with performance management systems
• Ability to manage multiple sites

• SHRM or HRCI certification
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English
