🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for troubleshooting and strategy
• Conduct in-depth investigations into email sending practices
• Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and IP warming

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in deliverability-specific roles at an ESP, agency, or large brand
• Competency in deliverability concepts and customer management
• Experience with identification and remediation of deliverability issues
• Ability to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format to customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
• Knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
