💼 About This Role

You'll lead tax credit transactions and buyer relationship management for the clean energy capital platform Crux. Your core impact is scaling the buyer network and executing transactions to finance renewable energy projects. This role combines deep tax credit expertise with a tech-forward, AI-enabled approach in a high-growth remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and nurture a book of tax credit buyers.
• Generate leads through conferences and outreach.
• Cultivate partnerships with senior leaders at corporates and banks.
• Educate buyers on using the Crux platform for transactions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years selling tax-related financial products to corporates/family offices or advising on tax credit accounting.
• 2+ years renewable tax credit experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and public speaking.
• FINRA SIE, Series 79 and 63 required or ability to obtain.

• Experience in structured origination/distribution of tax credits or tax equity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
