💼 About This Role

You'll lead the most complex clinical trials for a mission-driven health tech company. You'll drive trial delivery end-to-end while developing the next generation of clinical operations professionals. This role combines trial leadership with people management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 1-2 complex multi-country clinical trials end-to-end
• Serve as main sponsor point of contact from setup to archiving
• Line-manage Project Associates and Patient Recruitment Coordinators
• Forecast and manage trial budgets and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing complex clinical trials
• Project management expertise with multi-country experience
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Proven people leadership experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with eClinical platforms like Citrus
• Background in health tech or CRO environments
• Business development or bid defense experience
