You'll manage partner onboarding and support for PayJoy's Philippines operations, ensuring smooth merchant relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle partner queries, support requests, and operational coordination.
• Manage merchant/partner onboarding and documentation.
• Oversee store creation, closure, and clerk management.
• Generate weekly reports and recommendations for merchant experience improvement.

📋 Requirements

• English and Tagalog verbal and written communication
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant/business analysis
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python, Excel)
• Willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City

• Familiarity with ZOHO and Mode Analytics
• Finance industry background preferred
