• Advise on regulatory compliance for oil and gas activities
• Draft and negotiate oil and gas agreements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

📋 Requirements

• Active bar license in your state of residence
• 8+ years of experience in oil and gas law
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state oil and gas regulations

• Experience with upstream, midstream, and downstream transactions
