💼 About This Role

You'll join Postman's rapidly growing sales team to drive adoption of our Enterprise Suite among SMB accounts in the DACH region. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead to close, building strategic outbound motions and converting inbound leads. This role stands out for its focus on existing Postman users and the opportunity to scale a fast-growing business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption within your portfolio.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Execute a land and expand sales strategy for wider adoption.
  • Navigate key decision makers to build Enterprise awareness.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, CSMs, and ADRs on strategic plans.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English languages.
  • Relevant sales experience preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
