Description

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of global enterprise customers, driving product adoption and value realization through joint planning, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap reviews. You'll serve as the customer's advocate, facilitating conversations and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly, all while identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating churn risk.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer success or related field managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management or consulting experience navigating customer goals and challenges
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management or contract management software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German (C2)
