💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate replenishment tasks within a fast-paced warehouse to ensure inventory flow aligns with outbound needs. You'll maintain replenishment queues, monitor aging, and prioritize tasks using Excel and reporting tools. This role offers the chance to drive operational excellence at an innovative ops center serving high-growth brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Download replenishment reports every two hours for operational visibility.
• Print, organize, assign, and direct replenishment tasks to associates.
• Monitor replenishment aging and prioritize older tasks before newer requests.
• Maintain communication with Inventory Lead regarding status and risks.
• Collect and analyze replenishment data; develop KPI reports.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets knowledge required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and warehouse technology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic inventory knowledge and understanding of replenishment processes.
