You'll lead and scale a global SDR team to build a high-performance pipeline engine for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. Your core impact is driving outbound and inbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and a chance to shape growth strategy in a category-leading company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing SDRs across regions
  • Drive outbound and inbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to fine-tune ICPs and messaging
  • Use data and tools to track KPIs, iterate fast, and coach SDRs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6โ€“10 years of experience in SaaS/B2B sales development
  • At least 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets
  • Deep understanding of sales tools and tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise customers and CISO-level conversations
  • Background in cybersecurity or working with technical products
