You'll lead and scale a global SDR team to build a high-performance pipeline engine for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. Your core impact is driving outbound and inbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and a chance to shape growth strategy in a category-leading company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing SDRs across regions
- Drive outbound and inbound strategy to generate qualified opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to fine-tune ICPs and messaging
- Use data and tools to track KPIs, iterate fast, and coach SDRs
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10 years of experience in SaaS/B2B sales development
- At least 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets
- Deep understanding of sales tools and tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)

- Experience with enterprise customers and CISO-level conversations
- Background in cybersecurity or working with technical products
