Description

You will lead a team of Senior Marketing Artists to create high-quality marketing visuals for mobile games, using AI generation tools and 3D software. You'll oversee production, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in creative production, preferably gaming/tech/entertainment
• Strong portfolio with AI-generated visuals and 3D integration
• Advanced skills in AI tools (Nano Banana, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D tools (Blender required; Maya a plus)
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee visual production for marketing materials (static ads, app store assets, key visuals)
• Mentor and support a team of Senior Marketing Artists
• Ensure excellence in AI-generated art workflows (prompt crafting, paintovers, refinement)
• Provide 2D/3D design support using Blender or Maya
• Collaborate with global teams (Spain, US, remote) on feedback and priorities
