💼 About This Role

You'll support and maintain our IT environment, working across office, production, and remote setups. You'll gain hands-on experience with systems administration, cloud tools, and networking while contributing to continuous improvement and using AI tools to boost efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide coverage and support across core systems and network functions.
• Support and maintain Windows Server environments and cloud services.
• Perform routine system administration tasks including patching and monitoring.
• Provide technical support across office, production, and remote environments.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in help desk or junior systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server including Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and VPNs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
• Scripting skills, preferably PowerShell.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
