💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a liaison between product design, engineering, and partnerships teams at HP's AI innovation lab. You will manage product pilots, qualitative research schedules, and ensure design deliverables stay on track across multiple work streams. This role offers a hybrid creative project management approach alongside Agile software development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product lead to define scope and prioritize design deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering PMs to develop design project schedules
• Manage product qualitative research schedules and pilot implementations
• Support hybrid project management methodology with Agile development

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in-house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams
• 4+ years in consumer electronics, software design, or digital media project management
• Experience working with teams engaging in qualitative research
• Background in visual art, art education, hardware, or product design

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP Certification or coursework in project management
• Experience in new product development from ideation to launch
• Asana proficiency and familiarity with JIRA
