🎯 What You'll Do

• Critically review underwriting components for program compliance and risk.
• Oversee underwriting process and collaborate with the underwriting team.
• Guide and coach the underwriting team through all loan stages.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Present underwriting recommendations to approval committee.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Technical proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
