🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and configure Greenhouse Recruiting system
• Design and implement integrations with tools like Workday
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Monitor and optimize system integrations and data flows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in HRIS or Recruiting Systems Administration
• Experience owning or heavily administering Greenhouse ATS
• Hands-on system integration experience (ATS↔HRIS↔vendors)
• Led system implementations or process redesign initiatives

• Strong understanding of recruiting operations
• Experience with APIs and data flows
