Description

You will lead the team that builds and operates Stripe's Event Infrastructure, a reliable, low-latency backbone handling billions of events daily. Your focus is on designing resilient systems, driving operational excellence, and shaping the org culture to ensure Stripe's infrastructure scales with its business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical engineering management
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure
• Ability to bridge engineering with product strategy
• Experience navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs
• Exceptional communication skills
