You'll be a founding member of the Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) Platform team, shaping a proactive, AI-driven security discipline. You will drive the ISPM feature set end-to-end, from strategic planning to hands-on development. This is a unique opportunity to build a platform that accelerates product development across the entire company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-level architecture and design of ISPM solution
• Design, code, test, and deploy full-stack services for ISPM
• Deliver core security features with Product and UX teams
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and health monitoring telemetry

📋 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of backend software development experience
• Expert proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS)
• Experience with stream processing (Apache Flink or Spark Streaming)
