You'll lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth within the UK institutional investor market. You will combine direct client ownership with operational leadership, managing and developing a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy and accelerate platform adoption in a leading fintech firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and develop relationships with key institutional clients
• Drive trading activity, revenue growth and product penetration
• Identify and execute new business opportunities in UK market
• Lead complex client engagements, including negotiations and strategic reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in sales, relationship management or client-facing role in financial services
• Strong track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets and electronic trading platforms
• Strong leadership capability with ability to motivate and develop others
