Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move/transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and independent
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• Assist with meal planning, cooking, laundry, and light housekeeping
