You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.

• Previous retail experience.
• Customer service and selling skills.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
