You'll drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO experience through genuine guest connection and product education. You'll impact the business by exceeding sales goals and optimizing productivity. This role offers a clothing allowance, generous discount, and free yoga classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Exceed sales goals and lead selling initiatives.
• Engage customers and build client relationships daily.
• Support store operations, including shipment and merchandising.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Open availability 7 days a week, including holiday blackout period.
