Description

You will lead daily order-to-cash operations, manage billing accuracy and collections, and work cross-functionally to support scaling initiatives. You will own O2C performance metrics, drive automation and AI enablement, and coach a small team.

Requirements

Relevant experience in order-to-cash operations in SaaS or subscription environments
Strong operational discipline and working capital awareness
Confidence engaging cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales
Experience leveraging operational tools and automation
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, scaling environment

Responsibilities

Lead daily order management, billing, credit, and collections operations
Own O2C performance metrics including DSO, aging quality, and billing accuracy
Partner with Deal Desk and cross-functional teams for GTM initiatives
Support adoption of O2C tools (Klarity, CreditPulse, Tesorio) and automation
Coach and develop a team of 3-4 analysts
