📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain or supplier management
• Experience managing complex suppliers in aerospace or manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier performance and recovery
