💼 About This Role

You'll join a nimble team to advance Real-Time Bidding capabilities for a fast-growing insurtech startup. You'll design and scale the backend of our RTB system, blending product engineering with machine learning expertise to improve bidding performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate services with databases (Cloud SQL, Redis) and messaging queues (Pub/Sub).
• Contribute to MLOps tools for ML model development and deployment.
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines using BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor ML models on Vertex AI for bidding performance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend systems and ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with FastAPI is a plus.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with MLOps principles and end-to-end ML lifecycle.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
