Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-year strategic plan for auxiliary programs aligned with the school's mission
• Develop new program offerings, partnerships, and uses of campus resources during non-academic periods
• Identify market opportunities and build programs responding to family and community demand
• Evaluate programs using enrollment data, feedback, and financial performance for continuous improvement
• Oversee summer camps, after-school enrichment, facility rentals, campus store, and experiential programs
