Description

You will manage show closing processes, including collecting and coding invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial data in JD Edwards. You'll support venue operations and collaborate with teams to prepare show settlements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field
• 0-2 years of accounting work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Collect and code invoices for assigned shows in JD Edwards
• Process road checks, cash receipts, invoices, and artist payments
• Reconcile bank statements, show files, and balance sheets
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Review and submit show close documents to Accounts Payable
