💼 About This Role

You'll join Marcus & Millichap's Investment Sales team in Manhattan, working with a top firm in real estate investment sales. You'll master real estate sales through training and mentorship, and collaborate across 3,000+ active listings nationwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends
• Prospect new client relationships and referral sources
• Present marketing proposals and negotiate listing agreements
• Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiate offers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build relationships
• Strong computer skills and track record of success

✨ Nice to Have

• Real estate license (not required for initial interview)
• Sales experience appreciated but not necessary
• Coachability and insatiable curiosity
