You'll manage cross-disciplinary engineers and technical leads for multiple software projects at Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing technology. Your work will directly impact the delivery of core 3D printing algorithms, firmware, web services, and UI/UX, bridging digital models to physical form.

• Manage a team of software engineers
• Contribute to software architecture decisions for new products
• Coordinate with product managers and R&D teams to deliver algorithms and features
• Own hiring, growing, and retaining engineering talent

• Manager and technical leader of a group of 5+ software engineers
• Excellent software engineer with proven success as a manager
• Experience collaborating with Software, Hardware, and Design teams
• Track record of managing teams delivering a high volume of features
