Description

You will develop and manage relationships with referral sources to promote BAYADA Hospice services, conduct market analysis, and collaborate across care lines to drive business growth in the Salisbury, NC area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospice, home health care, or healthcare sales experience
• At least two years recent experience in healthcare industry; nursing, social work, care coordination, home health, or hospice experience strongly preferred
• Formal sales training
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
• Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, assisted living facilities, and community resources
• Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategy, goals, and plans
• Conduct sales calls and evaluate effectiveness of sales activity
• Develop yearly care integration plan and set strategic quarterly goals
• Facilitate cross collaboration between all service lines within BAYADA
