Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of CLO warehouse and issuance transactions, including trade capture, settlements, reconciliations, and investor reporting. You'll support new CLO launches, ongoing portfolio management, and process improvement initiatives to build scalable operations.

Requirements

• 5-10 years structured credit operations experience
• Deep understanding of syndicated loan settlement and warehouse mechanics
• Familiarity with CLO trust/collateral administration and priority of payments waterfall
• Proven track record in CLO issuance, warehousing, and trade/process management
• Experience with cash and position reconciliations and loan closing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of new warehouse facilities and related accounts
• Capture and maintain leveraged loan trades for CLO warehouses and issued CLOs
• Support operational aspects of CLO pricing and closing
• Monitor and reconcile loan and CLO cashflows and account balances
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
