You'll define and execute the AI product strategy for Jama Connect, helping engineering organizations modernize requirements workflows. Your core impact will be translating ambiguous AI opportunities into clear product direction and shipped outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy and execution for a key AI-powered product area within Jama Connect
• Define and evolve the product roadmap balancing customer needs and technical constraints
• Partner with Engineering and Design to scope and deliver high-impact AI product experiences
• Engage directly with customers and GTM teams to inform product decisions and direction

📋 Requirements

• Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS enterprise software
• Experience building or shaping AI-enabled products
• Ability to define product direction autonomously and prioritize under changing conditions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
