You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping grow premium cannabis. You'll perform daily plant care and environmental monitoring to maintain top-quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory

📋 Requirements

• Natural green thumb and passion for working with plants
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients
• Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture
