Description

You will build innovative Generative AI products for wealth advisors as part of the AI Labs team, focusing on scalable services and AI-driven features. You will mentor engineers, solve complex problems, and develop data pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building scalable distributed systems
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools (RAG, Langchain, Vector database, etc.)
• Prior experience delivering impactful Gen-AI products in production
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases such as content generation, summarization, or NLP
• Familiarity with integrating third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic)
• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• Tech savvy with modern stacks (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Postgres, Kubernetes)
• Ownership, superb communication, resilience, assurance, creative problem solving

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader and steward of engineering best practices, mentoring other engineers
• Analyze and solve complex problems spanning multiple user personas and workflows
• Build and scale services and user-facing web applications
• Build customer-centric scalable and performant AI-driven applications and features
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes
• Build new data integrations based on established requirements
• Perform data analysis to investigate and resolve data issues
