💼 About This Role

You'll join the team at Odys, building safe, sustainable aircraft to cut travel time in half. You'll support assembly, integration, and testing of composite and metallic structures across our aircraft platforms. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work closely with engineers to build and install airframe components and get aircraft ready for flight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Setup and operate tools like torque wrenches, saws, drills, and soldering irons
• Assemble and fabricate test rigs and test articles
• Interpret engineering models, drawings, and test procedures
• Support composite layups, mold preparation, and oven curing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with hand tools and powered tools
• Experience with ground support equipment
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly of aircraft components

✨ Nice to Have

• CNC machining experience
• OSHA certification
• Previous drone or UAV experience
