Description

You will lead the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow technical capabilities in an Agile Scrum environment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and analyze business processes to identify modernization opportunities. Your work will contribute to training and institutionalizing new processes across teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading ServiceNow technical capability development (analysis through deployment)
• Experience supporting Agile Scrum projects and participating in Scrum ceremonies
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies
• US Citizen
• Active secret clearance

Responsibilities
