You'll lead a global team of Technical Support Engineers handling complex open-source database issues. Your core impact will be driving operational excellence and technical quality. You'll also mentor engineers and ensure they have the tools and culture to succeed.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing team across time zones
- Mentor engineers on technical and non-technical challenges
- Manage scheduling, coverage, escalations, and rotation planning
- Drive continuous improvement in operations and service delivery
๐ Requirements
- Experience with open source databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Valkey/Redis
- Supervised or led customer-facing teams in a high-expectation environment
- Mentored others in soft skills and technical troubleshooting
- Balanced customer, employee, and company needs
