Description

You will lead the design of guidance software on a clean sheet airframe, implementing guidance and navigation within COTS frameworks and supporting airframe design and system integration on flight hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, CE, Aerospace Engineering or related
• 10+ years professional object-oriented software development
• Experience with guidance algorithms for UAS using ArduPilot or similar
• Practical understanding of fixed and rotary wing flight dynamics
• Experience with STM32 or similar microcontrollers and Linux on Jetson, Xilinx SoC or Microblaze
• Real-time embedded software development with hardware interfaces
• Integration of vendor low-level drivers and firmware
• Agile lifecycle with Scrum, CI, and TDD
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on small teams
• U.S. Person status required
