You'll own the end-to-end hiring strategy for Product, Tech & Digital Enablement functions at a profitable FTSE-250 company. You'll be instrumental in scaling diverse, high-calibre talent across multiple regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring strategy for Product, Tech & Digital Enablement functions
• Act as strategic partner to leadership on talent risks and opportunities
• Lead TA transformation projects across the entire function
• Develop proactive sourcing pipelines ahead of hiring demand

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading TA teams across multiple regions
• Expertise in driving TA innovation and evolving policies
• Ability to integrate TA strategy with workforce planning
• Proven subject matter expertise in all Talent Acquisition elements
