As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs, coordinate with team members for timely deliveries, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers a performance-based pay progression from $17/hr to $18/hr within your first year.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Communicate with team members and management across all lines of business
