You'll work collaboratively with mechanical engineers and technologists on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for diverse building types. You'll prepare high-quality BIM models and engineering drawings using Revit MEP. This role offers exposure to all project phases from concept to completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop mechanical system calculations and design documents for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and structural/electrical engineers on integrated solutions.
• Prepare high-quality BIM (Revit) models and engineering drawings.
• Assist in engineering studies and construction documents.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of Mechanical Engineering experience in drafting and design.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of BC Building Code and related codes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with heating and cooling load calculations.
• BIM expertise.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards.
