💼 About This Role

You'll lead a unified GTM Enablement & Learning Organization, architecting AI-enabled learning experiences that drive product adoption and business outcomes. You'll transform static content into hands-on, learn-by-doing labs and scale knowledge across field, partner, customer, and support audiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead centralized learning design, content, certification, and knowledge architecture.
• Build a 'build once, tailor many' content lifecycle for a single source of truth.
• Operationalize AI across learning lifecycle for modular, personalized experiences.
• Shift from static content to hands-on labs and guided workflows for product adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in enablement, learning, or GTM roles at B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience scaling learning programs for multiple audiences.
• Strong understanding of sales motions and product adoption dynamics.

• Experience evolving AI-enabled learning systems or designing hands-on labs.
• Systems thinking with expertise in taxonomy or content reuse frameworks.
• Background in instructional design, certification management, or CoE model.
