Description

You will lead a complex Transition Transformation (T T) project for a manufacturing client in Northern Germany, acting as a key representative to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with contractual agreements. You'll guide the transition of end-user services, coach the client's team on contract compliance, establish governance structures, monitor performance, and support stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in IT Outsourcing
• Demonstrable track record of managing complex Transition Transformation projects
• Fluency in German required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sign NDA

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of end-user services (User Help Desk, Service Management) from incumbent to new provider
• Coach client's project team on contract-compliant T T implementation
• Establish governance and committee structures across European locations
• Monitor project schedule, T T milestones, and cooperation obligations
• Support internal/external communication and create weekly/monthly management reporting
