You'll be part of the Finance Unit at Ninja Van, a tech-enabled logistics company, ensuring accuracy of expenses and compliance with accounting standards. You'll maintain subsidiary accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support audits, contributing to the financial health of a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare AP aging reports and monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Process and validate rush RFP requests from different departments.
• Ensure proper filing and completeness of necessary documents for audit.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting tech, or Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in Netsuite.
