💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Frameworks Experience team at Vanta, owning how customers discover, adopt, and implement compliance programs. Your work will directly impact every customer's ability to run security programs with opinionated guidance and automation. You'll also build AI-powered agentic experiences that become the default way users interact with Vanta.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and roadmap for your product area
• Distill complex problems into prioritized goals and execution
• Deeply understand customer needs and translate into agentic experiences
• Deliver high-quality AI-powered GRC products

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B
• Strong technical skills working directly with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Building customer-facing products in complex, regulated domains
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive outreach and synthesis

• Experience with compliance or security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, NIST)
• Familiarity with audit workflows or regulated industries
• Experience owning both customer-facing product and internal platform work
