💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of institutional investment and frontier AI, collaborating with leading AI labs to improve how models reason about credit. You'll prompt, compare human vs. machine judgment, design frameworks, and construct benchmarks. This residency offers hands-on exposure to AI reshaping credit workflows and you'll be among the first private credit professionals to work directly on frontier AI reasoning in underwriting and portfolio management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and iterate realistic prompts for AI-generated insights
• Evaluate divergence between professional credit judgment and AI outputs
• Translate credit evaluation workflows into AI reasoning problems
• Build and validate real-world credit analyses for benchmarking AI

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years of private credit or direct lending experience
• Associate, VP, or Director level
• Strong credit underwriting skills including financial modeling and covenant analysis
• Experience structuring first lien, unitranche, or mezzanine facilities
