Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. You'll oversee vehicle movement, ensure quality repairs, and coach team members to meet goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coach and develop team members
• Prevent and resolve conflict, ensure adherence to policies
• Review and approve mechanical/physical defects of inventory
