💼 About This Role

You'll lead user experience design for complex B2B data protection products at Virtru. You'll own end-to-end UX problems from discovery to execution, balancing security constraints with usable designs. This role offers high autonomy and impact on products used by Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX problems end-to-end from discovery to high-fidelity designs.
• Lead research including interviews, usability tests, and exploratory studies.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape priorities and solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UX and Interaction Designer.
• Strong foundation in UX research including interviewing and usability testing.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security, privacy, or data protection products.
• Familiarity with federated or enterprise admin platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted UX tools for research synthesis or prototyping.
