You'll implement the Scrum Framework and Agile processes across multiple teams at Avetta, a SaaS platform for supply chain risk and compliance. You'll empower teams to deliver exceptional solutions through continuous improvement and collaboration, leveraging AI-assisted Agile tooling and advanced Jira expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple teams and coordinate PI Planning
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve impediments
• Leverage Agile metrics to track program progress and health

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of experience scaling Agile across teams
• Deep Jira administration and reporting expertise
• Experience with AI-driven Agile or productivity tools
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• PSM II or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
