Description

This is an unpaid volunteer role where you provide patient care and support services to individuals and their families during end-of-life care. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team in settings such as home care, inpatient, or administrative office duties, contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral member of interdisciplinary group in home care, respite, inpatient, bereavement, or administrative settings
• Participate in general orientation
• Serve patient and family/caregiver under guidance of Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager or as part of administrative team
